Put yourself first for a change with a day out at the first Self Love Summit
There’s been a real movement in the health world in the past few years towards the importance of being kind to yourself – think body positivity, intuitive eating and the rise in self-care.
Here at Top Sante we’re all about taking care of ourselves – after all, as they say, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Feeling refreshed and nourished, through whatever process works whether it’s following hobbies, meditating or just having a long bath, allows us to be better friends, partners and people.
That’s why we’re very excited to hear about the first ever Self Love Summit, happening in London this summer!
It will be run by health coach, TEDX speaker and author Mel Wells (if you haven’t read The Goddess Revolution yet we can highly recommend it!) and feature a whole host of motivational speakers.
So far talks are lined up from yoga teacher Julie Montagu, spiritual teacher Rebecca Campbell and relationships expert Persia Lawson, with many more speakers to be announced.
- Easy ways to practice self-care
‘Self love isn’t a luxury, it’s an absolute necessity,’ says Mel. ‘Together we can change the world, but we must start by loving ourselves. We are the authors of our own stories and the Self Love Summit is here to help you with all of this.’
Bring a notebook and an open mind – it sounds like you could come away with a host of new ideas and passions, as well as some like-minded friends.
We’ll see you there!
- The Self Love Summit takes place on Saturday 28 July in East Wintergarden, London
